Shipping & Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method.

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Right of Withdrawal 

In accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise this right, email us at customer@staunchhair.com with your order number.

Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, opened haircare products cannot be returned.

Refunds are made within 14 days after we have received and inspected the return.

Returns & Complaints

If you wish to return a product, please follow the instructions under “Right of Withdrawal.”

If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at customer@staunchhair.com with your order number and, if possible, photos of the issue.

We will provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Privacy Policy

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR.

The data we collect (name, address, email, phone, order details) is used to process your order, handle payments, and arrange shipping.

With your consent, we may also use your email for marketing.

We do not share personal data with third parties except for payment (e.g. Klarna) and shipping partners.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data.

Liability

We are not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. postal delays, customs handling, strikes).

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Swedish law.

  • Disputes can be resolved through the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at www.arn.se.

  • You may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
